cod waw perks
Here's the 100% complete Perk List. Curiously, a few of the previously reported Perks, such as 'Banzai', do not make an appearance.
Perk 1:
- Special Grenades x3
- Satchel Charge x2
- M9A1 Bazooka x2
- Bomb Squad
- Bouncing Betty x2 (similar to claymores)
- Bandolier
- Primary Grenades x2
- M2 Flamethrower
Perk 2:
- Stopping Power
- Fireworks (explosives cause more damage)
- Flak Jacket (decreases damage taken by explosives)
- Gas Mask
- Juggernaut
- Camouflage
- Sleight of Hand
- Shades (decreases intensity of signal flares)
- Double Tap
- Overkill
Perk 3:
- Deep Impact
- Extreme Conditioning
- Steady Aim
- Toss Back (resets fuse on tossing back enemy grenade)
- Second Chance (ability to revive allies)
- Martyrdom
- Fireproof
- Dead Silence
- Iron Lungs
- Reconnaissance (shows artillery and tanks on map)
Vehicle Perk:
- Water Cooler
- Greased Bearings
- Ordnance Training
- Leadfoot
- Coaxial Machine Gun
There are some important tidbits to take away from this information. First and foremost, Vehicle Perks, that could be extremely interesting. Also, the apparent desertion of a few of the more popular perks in CoD4, such as UAV Jammer and Last Stand. Though perhaps the new Camouflage Perk will have a similar effect to UAV Jammer.
Then how about Second Chance, it will be interesting to see exactly how Treyarch incorporate that.
The inclusion of the 'Flack Jacket' perk suggests that Juggernaut, though still included, will be subjected to a nerfing as it wouldn't make sense for it to still work against explosives, too.

There's a glitch with Double Tap and the PPSh-41, on the console version of the game. DT doesn't actually do anything. It works in the PC version of the game though.
The PPSh-41 fire rate is 1250RPM. If Double Tap actually worked, it would raise the RoF to 2500. I don't think Treyarch have given a reason for this, but who actually uses DT with a PPSh-41 anyway?
